"Cash-In" and "Cash-Out" Transfers

Cash-In Transfers

As well as bank accounts, payment accounts can receive transfers. For such, it is necessary to select any of the options below:

  • Mass Cash-In Process;
  • TED/DOC;
  • Identified Deposits;
  • Payment Slips;
  • Peer-to-Peer transfers.

Mass Cash-In Process

Our mass cash-in process involves entering money via TED from any bank to the payment account that represents the company's financial transactions. For such, we have the following options:

  • Send a file with the cash-in details for the processing and credit of the accounts;
  • Use the P2P Transfer API (several times) massively. We recommend realizing this by means of automation scripts (e.g., use of Python scripts).

TED/DOC

It is possible to transfer funds from a bank account to a DOCK payment account through a Custody Account for the exclusive use of the DOCK PartnerDOCK Partner - Any and every entity that has a contract to use directly the services offered by DOCK is considered a DOCK Partner..

The process works like this:
A TED or DOC that comes from a bank and which destination is a DOCK Partner's customer account must contain the following pattern:

  • Bank Name: Bradesco
  • Bank Branch: Confirm with the Responsible Squad
  • Bank Account: Confirm with the Responsible Squad
  • CNPJ: 08.744.817/0001-86
  • Beneficiary: "idConta Dock Solucoes em Meios de Pagamento S A.". (E.g.: "13 Dock Solutions in Payment Methods S A.").

📘

What is the idConta or idAccount?

The idConta is the identification code of the DOCK Partner's customer account.

An important detail is that not every Payment/Financial Institution allows the field "Beneficiary" to be edited, and it may not be possible to enter the idConta to be credited there. Thus, there are 2 scenarios:

Transfers with Editable Beneficiary Field

A TED/DOC will have the pattern above and the "Beneficiary" field will contain the idConta. In this case, the transfer will be done successfully. Some financial institutions that allow this process are: Santander, Itaú, and Inter.

Transfers with Non-Editable Beneficiary Information

A TED/DOC will not have the pattern above and the "Beneficiary" field will not contain the idConta since the "Beneficiary" field is not editable. In this case, transfers are only possible if both accounts have the same ownership (the sender must have an account with the DOCK Partner). Some financial institutions that allow this process are: Bank of Brazil and Nubank.

If the sender and recipient accounts have different owners, this transfer will NOT be made and the amount will be returned. In this case, DOCK searches the CPF/CNPJ of this sender in our database and if it is found, the amount is credited to the oldest active (valid) idConta. If the CPF/CNPJ is not found in the base, DOCK credits the amount on the idConta 6 and opens a ticket on behalf of the DOCK Partner. That ticket will inform that the credit was made, because it was not possible to find an idConta with the CPF of the sender in the customer base of DOCK Partner.

📘

Exceptions for Bradesco

Transfers from Banco Bradesco to DOCK Partner's custody accounts are in Electronic Funds Transfer (TEF) format and DOCK only receives the name of the sender, without its CPF. In this case, DOCK searches for the oldest account with the name of this sender in the customer database. If found, DOCK credits the oldest (active) account, or if there are people with the same name (homonyms), DOCK credits the idConta 6.

❗️

Account Status

In spite of the format, to receive any type of transfers, the idConta should not have any block, i.e. no blocks at the statusConta and no blocks at the DOCK Protection System (SPD).
